| Ingredients: 1 cp flour
 2tsp baking powder
 2TBS cocoa powder
 2TBS brown sugar
 3/4cp milk
 1 egg
 for topping: 1cp marshmallow fluff +2TBS boiling water- stir until combined.
 
 Whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
 Beat the wet ingredients together in a smaller bowl then add to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
 
 Spoon a quarter cup of batter onto a skillet (or griddle, if you have one) on medium heat that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray/butter (mine is no stick, YAY!). Flip after 3-4 minutes, just as you notice bubbles forming around the edges of each pancake, and cook 2 minutes more.
 
 Drizzle the sauce over the top. If you're really wanting chocolate, stick a piece of chocolate on top of the pancake before the marshmallow sauce...just sayin'
