| Round up: 2cp whipping cream 2TBS confectioners sugar 2cp milk 1&1/2 tsp peppermint extract 5 drops green food coloring 2 (3 1/2 oz) pkgs vanilla instant pudding 1 cp mini chocolate chips 1 9-inch oreo pie crust |

| Beat the cream and sugar to soft peaks. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, mint, and food coloring. Add pudding. Fold in cream and chocolate chips until all blended. Pour into the oreo shell and refrigerate at least 3 hours. |
